一部情報では、松本死刑囚の“家族”が東京地裁に再審請求を申し立てたとのこと
これは、本人は申し立ての出来ない状態、つまり、“心神喪失”であるということか
とするならば、死刑執行そのものに問題が生じる
死刑執行に関する法律を見てみると・・
第479条
死刑の言渡を受けた者が心神喪失の状態に在るときは、
法務大臣の命令によつて執行を停止する
家族の目論見は、①松本死刑囚の精神鑑定を再請求し、②心神喪失を認めさせた上で、
③死刑執行の停止を求める、ではないのだろうか
死刑阻止？時間稼ぎ？という意見もある

松本智津夫死刑囚が再審請求オウム事件、２人目
　地下鉄サリンなど１３事件で殺人、同未遂など６つの罪に問われ、死刑が確定したオウム真理教の松本智津夫死刑囚（５３）＝教祖名麻原彰晃＝が東京地裁に再審請求を申し立てていたことが１１日、分かった。
　一連のオウム真理教事件では、５人の死刑が確定しているが、再審請求が確認されたのは元幹部岡崎（現姓宮前）一明死刑囚（４８）に続いて２人目。
　１審東京地裁判決は松本被告を一連の事件の「首謀者」と認定して死刑を言い渡し、弁護団は控訴。２審で新たに選任された弁護団は「被告には訴訟能力がなく、意思疎通もできない」と公判停止を申し立て、最終期限までに控訴趣意書を提出しなかった。
　東京高裁は２００６年３月、控訴を棄却。弁護団は異議を申し立てたが、同高裁が棄却し、最高裁も同年９月に特別抗告を棄却、死刑が確定した。

Over the summertime, myself and friends and family, thoroughly enjoyed your flavor of ice cream called \Southern Lemon Pie\. The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
