Great post! I’m just starting out in community management/marketing media and wanting to learn how to do it properly – resources like this write-up are extremely valuable. As our company is based within the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is some thing that I worry about also, how to indicate your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is valuable in that case.
