11月7日にビルマで実施される総選挙を機に、可視化報道！APF Liveの取材班がビルマ国内に潜入、ビルマ軍事政権の非道と真の民主化を求めるビルマ国民の実情をありのままにお伝えします。

タイ国境に近いビルマ南東部ミャワディーで7日、少数民族カレン人の武装グループの連合軍が7日に行われた総選挙に反対し、同地で武装蜂起した。
少数民族の連合軍のリーダーはAPF通信社の取材に対し、「ビルマ軍は総選挙で投票しない市民を弾圧しようとした。私たちの武装蜂起は市民らを救うことが目的だ」と答えた。
きょう8日には、少数民族の連合軍とビルマ軍との間で戦闘が起き、死傷者が出ている。
戦闘は現在、収束しつつあるが、2万人規模のミャワディーの市民が国境の川を越えてタイ側へ避難している。

友情橋の下にのんびり寝転ぶ犬。
友情橋の下でなぜかうずくまる婦人。声をかけても返事がない。
ミヤワディ側でライフルの発砲でそれまのんびりした雰囲気が一変。Mライフルの安全装置をはずす音を久しぶりに聞いた。
友情橋の下で待機するタイ軍兵士。
銃撃が続く中、比較的のんびりしているミヤワディ市民。
ヤンゴンにはないまったく別の顔をもつタイ国境の緊張感。
若い者ばかり写さないで俺も撮れと私を呼び寄せたコマンダー。
この兵士は英語とビルマ語がぺらぺら。臨時の広報係になってくれた。
よく見るとこいつはビルマ側（SPDC)のスナイパーであった。ホテルに戻って拡大してわかった。
と、書いてしまったが、Kカメラマンとよくよく検討した結果、腕組みしているだけであった。謹んで訂正いたします。この人物はスナイパーではなく「腕組みしているだけ」でありました。

ビルマ側から舟で脱出してきた避難民。
恐らくSPDCの弾薬庫かなにかに砲撃が命中して大火災が発生したものと思われる。未確認情報だが、この距離でこれだけの煙が上がるのはかなりの火災。

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
