Great article. It’s very unfortunate that over the last decade, the travel industry has had to fight terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, flu virus, swine flu, plus the first ever entire global economic downturn. Through it all the industry has really proven to be strong, resilient and dynamic, finding new approaches to deal with hardship. There are usually fresh challenges and opportunity to which the industry must again adapt and respond.
