私たちの暮らしている日本は、実際どのくらい安全な社会なのでしょうか。
日本の危機管理体制を強化するべく、安倍晋三首相はいわゆる日本版CIAの創設を検討しているとも伝えられます。
一方、町田や愛知で相次いで発生した、拳銃による立てこもり事件。愛知の事件では、対テロリスト特殊部隊（SAT）の隊員が撃たれ殉職しました。
プロ中のプロであるはずの特殊部隊が出動し、射殺される事態。警察の現場対応に問題はなかったのでしょうか。
今回は元警視庁警察官で、リスク対策コンサルタントの村嶋秀次さんと西尾潤一さんをゲストに迎え、「この国の安全」について考えます。
