・「病人や老人を見捨てることはできない」同市でいまも避難生活を送る住民の数は約3万人とも言われている。

Help! Yesterday I was working 2nd shift at work and a dude walked up to my register to pay his bill and he reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a $1 bill and told me, “This is all I’ve got in my wallet.
