飼い主が避難した後、犬たちは街を徘徊しています。
高齢者がいる家庭は避難が難しい。また放射線の測定値が低いことから、今も20 キロ圏内には数十人の市民がとどまっている。
20キロ圏内、南相馬市小高地区。人恋しそうに私たちに近づいてきた犬。飼い主が避難し、置き去りになった犬。飼い主も犬も可哀相。
